The Memorial Panels are from a project created by Freeman Stamper to provide both a sense of community history, and a means for our community to honor family and friends who are no longer with us.

The panels, which contain the badges of our fallen comrades, will be displayed in the special memorial room (Les Saisons) for the duration of the convention.

Badge pinning ceremonies (for those who have left us in the past year) can be scheduled using a special interactive spreadsheet.

As we do every year, we will hold a special memorial dance where the panels will be displayed and we can remember our lost friends together. This dance will take place on Thursday, July 6, 9:45am immediately before the opening ceremonies.
