Ruby Slipper Fun Badge Tour

Hop on a Fun Badge Tour bus! Join in on this popular tradition by registering for a unique tour of Canada’s Capital. A convoy of buses will travel through Ottawa stopping at top secret places, allowing you to show off your square dance prowess to unsuspecting onlookers. A boxed breakfast/snack, and water, and a special gift will be provided. Stay tuned for further details!

Bring sunscreen and sunglasses, and dress according to the weather!

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Registration

Transfer
- Convention registration can be transferred to another person before June 1, 2023 by contacting [email protected] and providing the new person’s information.
Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected].
- Before June 1, 2023: A refund, minus a $25 admin fee, will be processed.
- After June 1, 2023: No refunds, however the Fun Badge tour can be transferred to another registered attendee at no cost.

Tours

All tours are transferrable. Tours are cancellable (with full refund minus $25 admin fee) before June 1, 2023 with the exception of the Fun Badge Tour which is non-refundable.

Merchandise

All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations.

Note: Some items require us to collect additional information about each item (ex: dance level, meal choice, etc…). For these items you will need to add them one at a time to your cart and specify the correct information for each item.
