Meal Deal – Breakfasts Only

Want to stay near to the dancing? Don’t fancy searching for meal options for breakfast while you’re at convention?

Have we got a great deal for you!

The breakfast meal plan, which is partially subsidized by convention funds, will help us meet our food and beverage agreements and will provide hot and delicious buffet-style breakfasts without ever leaving the hotel.

What’s included:

WESTIN CLASSIC BREAKFAST (Served Thursday, July 6 and Friday, July 7 from 7am-8:30am)

  • Freshly scrambled eggs
  • Smoked bacon and turkey sausage
  • Hashbrown potatoes
  • A variety of fresh cut seasonal fruit
  • Toast station with butter and preserves
  • Orange juice, coffee and tea

Note: Dietary restrictions and food allergies may not always be accommodated but we have done our very best to choose a variety of items that will please everyone. Menu subject to change.

Registration

  • Transfer
    • Convention registration can be transferred to another person before June 1, 2023 by contacting [email protected] and providing the new person’s information.
  • Cancellation
    • Cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected].
    • Before June 1, 2023: A refund, minus a $25 admin fee, will be processed.
    • After June 1, 2023: No refunds, however the Fun Badge tour can be transferred to another registered attendee at no cost.

Tours

All tours are transferrable. Tours are cancellable (with full refund minus $25 admin fee) before June 1, 2023 with the exception of the Fun Badge Tour which is non-refundable.

Merchandise

All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations.

Note: Some items require us to collect additional information about each item (ex: dance level, meal choice, first and last name, etc…). For these items you will need to add them one at a time to your cart and specify the correct information for each item. Example: First and last name of the person going on the tour.
