Sign up for the Ottawa 2023 convention by purchasing a registration below or download the registration form and mail it in with payment in Canadian dollars.

Note: Each registration will require you to specify certain information (ex: name, dance level, meal choice) therefore you can only add one at a time to your shopping cart. To register more than one individual, just add a separate registration to your cart for each person before checking out.

Registration Rates

Full Registration $295 CAD
Non Dancer $160 CAD
First Time Attendee (see below) $230 CAD

There will be no transfers or cancellations after June 1, 2023. If you cancel before June 1, 2023 we will issue a full refund minus a $25 CAD admin fee.

If this is your first time attending an IAGSDC convention, you are entitled to a lower rate, which is subsidized by All Join Hands and All Join Hands Canada.

The First Time Attendee rate is $230.00 CAD.

IMPORTANT! First timers please read carefully and do not register until you have a coupon code from us.

To qualify for this special rate, this must be the first IAGSDC convention you have ever attended under any rate structure, you must never have applied for the New Dancer Convention Incentive program before, and you must have completed at least the SSD program.

If you qualify for the special rate here’s what you need to do:

  1. Obtain a letter from your club president verifying that this is your first convention.
  2. Submit the letter via email to the registrar of the convention at [email protected] before the start of convention or mail it to the following address (make sure to mail this in time to be received by 07/01/2023).

  3. Once we receive and process this letter, we will respond with a special single-use coupon code that you will then use to register on this site to get the special rate.

** Registrants under the First Time Attendee rate are non-transferable to another person.

Transfer

Convention registration can be transferred to another person before June 1, 2023 by contacting [email protected] and providing the new person’s information.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected].

Before June 1, 2023: A refund, minus a $25 admin fee, will be processed.

After June 1, 2023: No refunds, however the Fun Badge tour can be transferred to another registered attendee at no cost.

Registration can be done completely online right here but if you prefer to send in your registration by postal mail here’s a registration form you can use. Just make sure your payment is in Canadian currency.
