Convention Attendee Booklet
The convention booklet is printed material that is included in every attendee’s welcome package. It includes a full schedule of events and dances for the entire weekend as well as notices, welcome letters and coupons from local businesses.
The booklet is usually referred to several times per day to plan which dances and events the attendee wants to go to. This means that your company’s information will be seen by hundreds of dancers multiple times per day making it an excellent place to market your goods and services.
Ad Placement Pricing
Ad copy must fit within the size purchased and must be submitted in colour or black and white(grayscale). Please keep all type and design elements within the live area.

- PDF file (press-quality optimized, CMYK, fonts and art embedded)
- InDesign
- Photoshop (TIFF, EPS, hi-res JPG)
- Illustrator
Please convert all type and elements to outline, or if sending native files, be sure to include all art and fonts. We reserve the right to substitute fonts if you fail to include them.
Ads not camera-ready will be set for an additional $15 charge. Minimal changes/corrections can be made to digital ads.
Submit artwork to [email protected] If your file is too large, please send via DropBox or arrange for an alternate method of delivery.
