The Westin Ottawa is our host hotel and is the location where all dancing will take place.

Unfortunately, our room block has filled up and we have no more rooms to offer at our special rate.

There are nearby overflow hotel options which are great alternatives but we understand that you would rather stay on-site if you can so we have created a wait list that you can use to let us know that you’d like to reserve at the Westin Ottawa but were unable to.

Please make your reservation at one of the overflow hotels before adding your name to our list. Then, if we get a cancellation we’ll contact you to move your booking over to the Westin. We will use the wait list entries in order that they were made.
